What will be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs within Holland will be 20 Euro.
Did my order come through allright?
You will always receive an email to confirm your order. This will also be your invoice. If not, please contact us as soon as possible.
How can I pay?
If you are ordering from abroad it is possible to pay through paypal. For further information please check www.paypal.com.
When will the order be delivered?
After receipt of your payment we will start the delivery process. Products that are in stock will be shipped within 3 days. Products that are custom made for you will be shipped within 4 weeks. If not, we will contact you as soon as possible.
How will I know the exact shipping date?
Once we have received you payment we will let you know the delivery date.
If it's a gift how will I know it's going to arrive in time.
Please contact us if you would like the product to arrive a certain date.
I live abroad, what will be the shipping costs?
Shipping outside of Holland is on request. You will receive an email what the shipping cost will be to your destination.
I have a question, how will I be able to ask?
Through our contactform you can ask us your question. We will do our best to answer as soon as possible.
I would like another fabric then the ones shown on your site?
We can order a large variety of fabric through several suppliers even if they are not shown on our website. If you let us know which fabric you would like, we will let you know ASAP whether we are able to order and will quote you the appropriate costs.
Are all fabrics dirt and water resistant?
No, many fabrics are not. If this is the case, then it will be specifically mentioned. There is a possibility to have the fabric sprayed to make the fabric dirt and water resistant.
How can I clean the fabric?
Best is to clean the fabric with some lukewarm water. Else you can find an appropriate fabric cleaner in the pharmacy.
Could I re-upholster my chair?
Yes, you can. We will quote you depending which fabric you choose, although you have to get the chair to us by yourself.
I have a fabric myself, could I send this to you to upholster?
No, this is not possible.
